Storyline in WP Learndash

I have added ten Storyline modules into Word Press Learndash and three of the ten won't mark the lesson as complete when students finish the lesson. I've added the plugin for Storyline Progression, and have checked to make sure I have the correct Java Script in the last slide to trigger when the timeline ends. I've also checked to make sure the Mark Complete box is checked in the lesson settings. But still these won't mark as completed. Is anyone using Storyline 3 in Learndash and might know what I've forgotten to check?

If you have updated to the latest version of storyline and are using Tincanny ensure you update Tincanny as some subtle changes to the reporting can cause it to fail.
