HELP! I tried to make updates to an existing interaction and it previews and publishes a blank screen. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline, and rebooted a few more times for fun to no avail. I even recreated the interaction from scratch and it is still behaving like this. See attached screenshot for what I am talking about.
I am afraid to touch anything else (that I have completed) in the event I end up breaking it, but I will try to test on again on a brand new file. This is the file I have been working on, it's the newest (third) version, the other 2 react the same way by publishing nothing. Thanks for your help!
I've spotted the case, and it looks like you're continuing to troubleshoot with my teammate, Cleo. Keep at it with him to get to the root of the issue! You're in great hands!

I'm sorry to hear you're running into preview issues with Storyline! I recommend trying other files or interactions to see if they preview or not.
