Storyline is passing a score to the LMS prior to reaching the associated results slide

I'm running into an issue where Storyline is passing a score to the LMS prior to reaching the results slide that is associated with it. This has been tested and replicated in both the LMS (Moodle) as well as Scorm Cloud.
The course is being published using Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0)
Reporting settings: Scorm 1.2, Passed/Incomplete
Tracking settings: When the user completes a quiz
There is only one results slide in the course and no additional 'Complete course' triggers or javascript. I've also tried importing the content into a new file and the issue persists.
Attached are screenshots of the publish settings, Scorm Cloud results, and the debug menu information from the latest test in Scorm Cloud.
Any help on resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue!
I'd like to test your course so I can see at which exact point is the score being sent to the LMS. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
