Hi Adrian! Is this during development or once published? If you are having difficulty across files during development, I would certainly advise a repair of your software.
I'll have a video on one slide, then a video on another, and one or the other will crash at different times. If I remove one, the other works without any hiccups. I'm going to give this a shot and see how I go.
Storyline 2 has been crashing lately when videos are in a slide. It seems to happen after playing the slide in preview, and then closing the preview. I have lost work several times now because of it. Storyline has become unstable.

I haven't, personally. Is it crashing for everyone on every browser consistently, or are there some inconsistencies you're seeing?
If it's happening consistently do you have a slide with a video you can share here?

Thanks for that Leslie. It's actually during development. I'll look into repairing it!

Hi Robert!
Sorry to hear that you've run into a similar issue.
Is this happening to just the file you are currently working with or across project files?
If just your current file, you may want to consider importing the slides into a new project to see if this alleviates the issue.
As I shared above, if you are having difficulty across files during development, I would certainly advise a repair of your software.
