Technical question: Would a browser cache and entire storyline course on the first visit? Or, would it cache the course as your progress through it slide by slide? We have a knowledge check slide that is producing an error for some users and we're not able to replicate it and trying to determine if it is storyline, or possibly the browser? Any ideas would be appreciated!
In addition to what Phil shared, I'm curious to know if the issue is happening across multiple browsers or just one. I would have the users experiencing this issue try using a different browser, or incognito mode to see if the issue persists. If you have additional questions please let us know.
