Storyline not saving

Hi there,
My Articulate is not allowing me to save my file either locally nor in the company's network. I created the file under one name, edited some things, and saved it under another name and have not been able to complete the save since. I'm worried I will lose the slides created. I cleared the %temp% files out as well but that has not resolved it. Thanks in advance!
