Storyline on JKO

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with creating Storyline files for the JKO (Joint Knowledge Online) LMS. Their engineers have asked for modifications to the manifest file and so far we've had no luck getting our published files to work on their platform. They've given us an edited version of our manifest and said to replicate the changes, but we haven't gotten any other instruction and so far that hasn't worked for us. I'm unable to share the any details of the module, so can't share the manifest here.
They say that they have successfully posted other Storyline modules, so I'm hoping someone out there has more insight on how to make it work. Thanks!

Hi Kristen, we're going need some specific information on this one to help out. For example, understanding what changes need to be made to the manifest? Are the engineers able to share the error that is occurring when importing the SCORM file? For example, is it an illegal character in the manifest?
And LMS will parse the imsmanifest.xml file when a SCORM file is imported, and from this file it will gather information such as the launch file, course title, sometime a mastery score and other information.
In order to help out with this problem, we'd need specifics around the error that is occurring when the LMS is parsing the manifest.
