Is it possible to apply orientation within a Storyline 2 course so that when viewed on mobile device, an alert will be displayed to the user to turn their device landscape if they are holding it in portrait ?
It should be done in the storyline file so that it will work with LMS systems such as SCORM Cloud.

I guess you could adapt the solution discussed here so that an alert is displayed.

Tested it on Android and iOS device.
a) Android : Alert not displayed when course is opened in portrait mode.
Alert displayed when course is opened in landscape mode.
b) iOS :
On iOS (iphone 6) when the course is viewed in Landscape mode, it still displays the alert. which it should not.
It displays the alert in Portrait mode.
