Viewers are having trouble with one of our Storyline modules freezing after about 45 seconds of viewing. We have tested here at our headquarters on many platforms and cannot replicate the issue. Our users are remote. The unpublished file is extremely large at 117 MB. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
You may want to confirm that your users are accessing the course through one of the recommended browsers and have updated the Flash player within the browser. Also, how are you publishing the course and hosting it? Web, LMS?
