Hello - I'm attempting to set up a simple one-page/slide in SL, outputting as a web. However; when loaded onto our server, the font seems to be rendering as some ugly serif font... NOT what I specified (Arial). It's also not showing the bolded or italicized text. Is there any way to change the rendered font? And if so... what are my font options?
It sounds like you were having some issues with your chosen font (Arial) switching to a Serif font after publishing a Storyline 360 course to the Web. I'd be happy to help with that!
Testing this out on my end (Storyline 360 version 3.75.30269.0) Arial Bold and Arial Italicized both retained their form after publishing to Review 360. Everything was working as it should!
I just had some follow-up questions to help me get a better idea of your setup:
Do you have Modern Text Rendering enabled? If not, try enabling it, and let me know if that makes any difference.
Which version of Storyline 360 are you currently running?
Also, if you would be willing to share the project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, I'd be happy to test the output of the published font and report my findings!
