A learner was having trouble submitting a quiz question in our course. I went it to see what was happening and every time an area outside the hotspots is clicked, a spinning glowing wheel pops up on the screen. I don't know if this has anything to do with why he cannot submit the answer, but has anyone encountered this before? It is in the top right corner of the attached picture.
The course was input into our LMS so I am not sure if it uses the Flash or HTML5 output. They tried it in multiple browsers. And it was originally created in Storyline 1 but has been converted and re-uploaded as a Storyline 2 course.
Thanks for popping back in with those details. You may want to look at testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS testing. This will tell you if the issue is due to your course or limited to your LMS. You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing.
