Wow, I LOVE this idea, but offhand, I'd say this one's pretty challenging/tough.
Frankly, I'm not sure it's even doable (?!)
If I were to try this, my first random thought would be to see if you could generate a series of results from the Storyline/Storyline 2 Quiz and output them into a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file using a JavaScript trigger.
My key concern would be to see if Storyline would even allow this to occur - I'd say a big maybe to that, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't possible.
If you are able to write the JS code and execute it, once the output file has been generated, you could create a Linked Table and a couple of Append Queries and/or use some customized VBA in Access to pull these results into your database table(s) accordingly.
If you could get this working, I'd LOVE to see the result, as I am a hardcore Access VBA developer from WAY back in time (as in, Back to the Future Doc Brown level!)
Hi, Mark -- Thanks so much for chiming in here, but I wanted to mention as this thread is older and Greg may no longer be subscribed, you are welcome to reach out to him using the 'Contact Me' link on his profile page to ensure that he sees your response. :)
I didn't realize this thread was so old - I only noticed that when you pointed it out.
I suspect he has likely moved well on from this requirement by now, but I will reach out to him to see if he might still need to tackle this kind of project - it would be very interesting to try!
Perhaps we can start a new thread on this topic. :)
