Storyline SCORM urldecoder issue

I've been using Storyline for over a year now and have never had any trouble publishing SCORM packages. Recently, I've made a large Storyline project that I'm having trouble with. When I publish it to SCORM cloud to test, I get the following error:
Course import failed, error was: URLDecoder: Illegal hex characters in escape (%) pattern - For input string: "_G"
Has anyone ever run into this before? I've searched around a lot and haven't found anything that immediately seems relevant to my problem.
I can, however, publish it in AICC, and it works fine...

Hi Alex and welcome to Heroes!
I haven't seen that error message before, but my first thought is to double check that there aren't any special characters, accented characters, etc. in your file name, course title or even things like web objects or hyperlinks and then publish it again and upload to SCORM Cloud.
