Storyline Screencast Animation Stalls from FTP

I'm entering the second half of my 30-day trial and I'm sold! So is my boss...she ordered Storyline today!

Today's trouble:

I published to FTP. Scenes that include screen recordings stall. This affects animation only---that is, audio continues and slide advances to the next at correct time, but the animation has not completed.

The following links to an extract of the project. Note that the animation stalls the first time when the "customer" clicks a link supplied by the virtual agent. The second stall occurs when the "custormer" is supposed to be typing in a chat box.

P.S. This only happens when viewing from FTP. Published copy on hard drive works fine.
