I downloaded the SDK and made a couple quick changes, copied my new frame.swf to the story_content folder and tried to run my course. I see the changes in the player but I also get an error on screen, "Cannot Launch Content Configuration data is missing or incorrect. Please try again."
Also, forgive me if this is a stupid question but the new frame is ignored in HTML5 on the PC and iPad. Is there anyway to customize the player on those platforms?
The changes made in the SDK are not something I'm equipped to support, but you may want to post in the Developer SDKs and APIs part of the forum here to get some additional assistance.

No update on a release of a Storyline SDK, but I would suggest subscribing to the Word of Mouth blog for updates.
