My storyline template used to have section headers when I opened it to select slides to import. Those headers seem to be missing now, and all slides are grouped into one generic section. The attached image explains it best. Has anybody else experienced this?
Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline template file here or in private through a support case so I can test how it will open using different versions of Storyline 360? I'll test to see if this behavior is something that was introduced in recent versions of Storyline 360. If you remember which previous of Storyline 360 last properly displayed the groupings of your template, you can check to see if that version is still available so you can downgrade your installation as a temporary workaround.
