Storyline update locks result screen

Since the most recent update (Nov 17th 2020) our quiz template no longer Works once a user hits the results screen. I have tested this by going back to the Oct 27th release.

I am attaching the error I see in Chrome. The screen appears correctly but the cursor is permanently loading and there is a JS error.

Any help appreciated! Otherwise we might have avoid updating
