I am running a video "from file" in Storyline and it continues playing the audio in the background if the user clicks Next on the Storyline page. The video has its own playback controls and if the user clicks pause on the video before going clicking next, then it's fine, but I would rather find a way to turn off the video if the Next button is clicked.
hmmm. Doesn't seem right. Is the audio part of the video file? Or is it separate? When you say "next page", do you mean users are going to the next slide? Could you post that slide here?
Yes -- I'm talking about separate audio on the imported video file. It plays its own audio. It's that audio that continues to play, even if the user clicks Next on the Storyline menu.
Would it be possible for you to post the slide? At least for me, that would make it easier to try to troubleshoot. Perhaps others can suggest a solution without seeing the slide, however.
If you can post the slides from your .story file here, I agree with Becky that it would help us troubleshoot the problem easier. If you'd prefer to not post it in the forums you can always share it with our Support team as well.
