I've used Presenter for the last couple of years and am about to change to Storyline2. I want to make sure that there is closed captioning capability. I'm not finding any information on how you do it and I certainly don't want anything complicated.
HOWEVER, please note that the Notes panel solution mentioned in there is not yet functional in Storyline 2. Specifically, the text in the Notes panel appears blurry when you publish a lesson. (You can track the status of that issue in this thread.)
Closed captioning is not a feature of Storyline, but as Belen pointed out, you can easily set up your own closed captioning in Storyline. Here is another thread all about how to set up custom closed captioning.

Hi Sonya,
These tutorials were made for Storyline 1, but the methods are still applicable in Storyline 2: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-create-closed-captioning-in-storyline

Hope that helps.
