Strange Marker Behaviour

I have a bit of a head-scratcher here - I am sure it's something silly, but I would love to know if anyone else has come across this and how I can fix it.
So, I ahve created a class, and all works fine when I test it in articulate. The problem occurs when I upload the SCORM package to our LMS.
The Markers which work correctly in Articulate, appear as empty black boxes when in the LMS. But here is where it gets interesting - this behaviour is not consistent - some of them work fine, and others do not. I have checked everything on my side, format options are all the same across the whole file, so I am at a loss here.
I have included a pic of what it should look like (360_2) and how it appears (360_1). I have resaved, republished and uploaded the files again (you know, turn it off and on and again) but still getting the same results.
Any help here would be appreciated.

We recommend testing how your course behaves in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud to verify if the issue you're experiencing is isolated to your LMS. Here's a helpful guide on how you can test your courses in SCORM Cloud.
If the behavior is specific to your LMS, please work with your LMS provider so they can fix the issue on their end. If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
