submit button not showing on quiz screen (iPad)

Jan 07, 2013

I have a presentation that has a screen with a QuizMaker question. The screen is set to have a submit button to submit the question. On the PC in IE9 it works fine. If I view it on my iPad, the QuizMaker screen loads with the Next and Previous button. No Submit button shows and you can't submit the question. If I ignore the question and click the nNext button, the Submit button appears for the next screen that DOESN'T have a question on it. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Michael and Christine - did you come up with a solution for this?  It is also happening to me.  I have a slide that has a few multiple choice questions (not using quizmaker, just checkmarks) .  The Submit button is just supposed to show a layer, where I've given feedback based on the states of various checkmarks.

But the Submit button does not display on the iPad (actually, it appears for a split second, then disappears).  However, there IS a submit button on the very next slide. I have tried both Safari and Chrome.

Thanks!

Hi Terry,

Any chance you can share the .STORY file here, so I can test it on my iPad? Or, if you prefer, you're welcome to send it over to us privately for testing using the form below.

You'll be able to attach the .STORY file on the second page of the following form:

Thanks Christine..

I have a feeling you'll be hearing from me a lot in the near future - I was evaluating Storyline until my trial version expired yesterday, and as of about an hour ago, I now have the full version.  (yay!)
I'm looking forward to creating lots of great courses with this! (and with help from you and the community, I'm sure)
