We are currently upgrading our courses to Storyline v3 from v2. We have noticed that the custom submit buttons in our quizzes have stopped working, the triggers are set to 'Submit Interaction 'Multiple Choice' as normal but do not seem to be triggering the interaction when clicked - is there a suggested workaround / fix for this? Note that the interaction works when offline in Storyline and online outside of the LMS but not when run from within the LMS.
Note also we have ordered the S3 upgrade itself from Omniplex UK but are currently using the 30 day trail of S3

Based on your description, the first thing that comes to mind is the order of the objects in the slide's timeline.
If you haven't already, could you try moving the custom buttons to the top of timeline to make sure that they are not being covered by other objects?
