Hello all! We have been having a lot of issues with users taking courses through SAP Success Factors and letting them timeout before coming back to continue the course.
After the timeout, their progress no longer registers on Success Factors, even if they finish the course...
Is there any way to add some sort of trigger to the storyline course that would alert users that their connection to SuccessFactors has timed out?
One troubleshooting step that you can do to help isolate the cause of the issue is to test how your course will behave when uploaded to another LMS. You can use SCORM Cloud for this - Here's how.
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud, there's a chance that the issue is specific to your LMS. You can try enabling the LMS debug logs for your course to learn more about the behavior as well as what happens in your course right before the issue occurs.

We’ve identified an issue where some users are unable to access pages on Articulate.com. We've implemented a fix for the issues, and things are loading normally now. If still unsuccessful, we recommend opening the link in an incognito browser as a workaround.
