Survey Problems

Sep 25, 2016

Hi,

Can anyone help with a survey problem?

I have created a course with 6 graded questions. I have also added a survey for user feedback on the course material. However, although the survey questions function as intended if I preview the scene containing them, if I preview the entire course or publish to articulate online, then user input is not possible. Also, although the survey slides are set for "skip or submit" on each slide the published result or complete preview shows the "previous or next" button instead. There is probably a simple solution but being new to the software, I just can't find it.

Thanks

Mark

Hi Leslie,

That's it they do hit a result slide after the questions but before the survey. I think I tried putting in an additional results slide (1 to track the question and one for the survey) but it did not seem to report the survey results in articulate on-line. Can I only have one results slide after the questions and survey?

Thanks

Mark

You can only track one Mark.

Articulate Storyline lets you track a course either by the number of slides viewed or by a single quiz (result slide). Tracking both measurements for the same course isn't supported. Similarly, tracking multiple quiz scores in the same course isn't supported. However, you may be able to track more than one SCO (shareable content object) in a single course using one of the unsupported methods in this article.
