Surveys and tying to a result slide

Hello out there! I am working on converting an ILT course to an eLearning Course in Storyline 360. 

Let me preface this Discussion by fully admitting my novice status here... I am sure there is something obvious I am missing ! I have a series of 8 slides asking the learner to choose one option. I have these set up as survey slides. I also have a result slide set up. How do I tie the responses (cumulatively) to a result slide, displaying the information that correlates directly to their unique choices?

Basically each slide has a choice of A,B,C, or D. They will need to select on each survey question the response they most closely identify with, so all questions should be considered, and there is no "right" or "wrong" response.

For example, If cumulatively they answered "A" the most, I want the "A" information slide to display for them once the results from all eight questions are calculated. These results do not need to report to the LMS, as I will track by slide completion. 

I have searched all over the blogs and user manual, as well as YouTube for some guidance on this with no luck. Any hints or pointers are welcome!
