I am working on a project that has a test box with various sentences that need to be read out loud. Previously I divided the audio into different segments and individually put them in the timeline and triggered each to show a state when it is read. There has to be an easier way.
I see that you can do cue points with animations, but can you do this with text?
Hi Leonora, You can put each part of your audio on a different layer with the text that is necessary, and then trigger those to play when needed(cue points). Just make sure to include a trigger to hide the layer that is currently playing when you show the next layer(or hide layer checkbox in slide layer prefs). Good luck, hope this helps.
Looks like Richard has popped in with a suggestion here :) Hope this helps and just let us know if you need anything further or have a .story file that we need to take a peek at.
