System Crash when publishing

Anyone ever experience this issue? Verified I never used more than 8GB of the 24GB available on my system.

Everytime I try to publish to Articulate 360 I get this system crash.

Tried on 2 different machines, same result.

Large file, almost 250mb, 400 questions (currently with placeholder info)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would love to hear if anything was found here. We are having similar issues. I have 64GB RAM on my computer yet Storyline 360 crashes if the amount in use ever approaches 16GB and my colleague has 16GB RAM and crashes when the amount in use approaches 9GB. Sometimes these crashes are accompanied by insufficient memory error messages and other times it just crashes without explanation... super frustrating.

I can only imagine how frustrating that is, and I'm sorry it's caused you so much trouble. Our team is actively looking into these performance issues and it's really helpful to have sample files and more detailed system information from individuals who have run into it. It would also be helpful to know any steps you've gone through that have caused the behavior to occur. 

Can you reach out to our Support Engineers here and share that info with them? Let me know when you do and I'll follow along and make sure this case gets to our team who is working on this issue!
