Tabbed interaction has state change issue

I have a tabbed interaction where I have triggered the state of the tabs to change from selected to normal when the user clicks outside (off) of the tab. However, one of my tabs is staying in a selected state. (The Memory tab) I seem to recall reading at some time that states can be a little buggy. Is this a bug or is my setup missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If you go straight down the tabs, it works fine, it's upon revisit that the tab 'sticks' in the selected state. and it's just that one.
