Team Slides - An unexpected error occurred while trying to publish your slides

Hello,
When attempting to publish a Storyline 360 file to Team slides I get an error message that says "An unexpected error occurred while trying to publish your slides." There is a Learn More link on the error message that takes me to the following page: Articulate 360 - Storyline 360 Team Slides: Unable to Connect to Articulate 360 - Articulate Support, however none of the reasons and solutions apply.
I had a coworker attempt to upload the same file to Teams Slides from her computer and she got the same error message. Additionally, we were both able to successfully upload different files to Team Slides.
I am on version 3.62.27443.0 and have tried with this version and the previous version released on 03/22/2022. The error message came up with each version.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with publishing the Storyline file. I'm happy to help sort this out!
If you've confirmed all of those things in the support Article, I would open a Support case so one of our engineers can take a closer look!
I'm having same issue. Checking with our IT, but will open ticket if they confirm domains allowed.. I thought it may be related to WFH and going through VPN, but on-site at office today and on hardline (not WiFi).
