Tech Support Issue: Media Images Not Populating on "Insert" Widget

Hello Articulate Community,
I'm new to this function and hoping to learn from those who are more adept with Storyline 360 software (I'm a previous user of Studio '13).
My Challenge: As I'm building my Storyline 360 course, I select "Insert" a photo, image, icon, anything that is available from the software library, and 95% of the time the thumbnail for these images does not display. I'm able to see the size of the image, how many image hits are present with my search topic, and even insert the image into my document; however, when I can't see what my choices are the entire library is pretty much useless.
Hoping that this is maybe a simple fix, I'm throwing this issue up to the community of experts to hopefully help me resolve.
I've attached one screenshot for reference.
Any ideas for resolution?

Hi Todd,
I can't find your screenshot, however, have you tried waiting for a couple of minutes and see if the thumbnail images will load? The same issue happens to me if I am having a sluggish internet connection.
Anyways, if you're confident that your internet connection is stable then try to update Articulate 360. If the update did not work, I suggest to un-install and re-install Storyline 360.
You might also want to check if the Adobe Flash version installed on your device is Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later. Here's a reference of the combined System Requirements for all Articulate 360 apps.
