Text Box
Jan 26, 2017
Hi everyone. I imported a PowerPoint presentation into Articulate Storyline, and am trying to figure something out. Some of my slides have a textbox with multiple bullet points in it. I would like to make each bullet point its own textbox. This way I can have them as separate objects with different effects. Does anyone know how to do so?
Thank you!

I don't think there is an easy way, except copy pasting.
However, if you will use the same effect for all bullets, you can have only one text box and under Animation options select "by paragraph".
FWIW, different effects on each line of text sounds like a good way to get users to say, "What cool effects." and I'll bet that somebody really wants them to say, "I learned something." I understand that if bosses don't see some magic they think you are being overpaid, but our ultimate responsibility really is learning.

David explains how to use Animation "Effect Options" to separate out each bullet point. I agree with Walt's, but this might come in handy if you want to sync narration to each bullet point.
