The storyline 2 project file textbox data entry loses focus and it wont allow us type into the box during entire project preview or publish. Please help us with this issue. thanks
Hi Thomas, Without seeing the project file this might be hard to trouble shoot but the first thing I would do is check to make sure there is no other object covering the input field.
Hi, Thomas - I agree with Nancy, and it would be helpful if you could post your .story file here so we can take a closer look. There are also some other things we can try to rule out common issues.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If issues persist, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
