I have a customer of mine telling me that some letters inside the text of my storyline projects are not showing. Basically it appears like the user does not have the font built into their computer, however I am not sure how this is possible inside of the storyline project?
Are they looking at the .story file? I'd suggest first that when you're sharing files with them they're opening them on their local drive, and you'll want to use a method such as this one to share files back and forth. Next, I'd check into the display settings such as ensuring they are viewing it at 96 DPI and that the slide view is set to 100% zoom.
If you've used a special font that they don't have installed, the file should fall back on device fonts in the .story file but it could cause elements to look misplaced, not fit within the text boxes, etc. so if there is a specialized font you'll want to send them that font file as well.
