Portion of text in bulleted list appears, then disappears

I have a bulleted list of text on a page. Within on of the bullets, a single section of of that one bullet shows then disappears. It's not the whole bullet or list of bullets that disappears, just one portion (a phone number) that shows then blinks away. The funny thing is there is a comma after the phone number and the comma moves to the place the phone number was once the phone number disappears. The first part of that bullet remains on the screen, the phone number disappears, the comma moves to the place of the phone number, and the rest of the text in that bullet remains where it is. It's really weird.

There are no layers, no extra objects on the screen. I'm using Storyline 3.
