Text issue!!

Hi,
I created a project with Storyline but when I come to play it the text is not visible, not visible in Storyline itself or preview mode. The navigation buttons and the title on the skin of the project is chopped in half! I have tried adding new text to the project but when adding new text it only enters the top half of the text (as it appears on the navigation buttons). I have attached a screen shot of the problem.
Does anyone know why this problem is happening? Any solution to resolve this?

is this same issue is coming in published files also?

Thanks for providing that screenshot! You might want to try the solution in this article and see if it fixes this issue.
If that doesn't fix it, can you share your .story file here so I can take a look? You can attach it to this thread by using the paperclip icon while responding.
