I have authored a number of Storyline modules, that are hosted in a Moodle LMS.
I have accessed them through Explorer, Chrome, Safari & Firefox, all OK.
A client in Tasmania reports that the slides are showing on her screen with no text, and has sent me screen grabs with exactly that - correct graphics, no text either on slide or in text boxes
I can only think that this is an issue at her end.

Has anyone experienced this, or does anyone have any ideas that might help me ?
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior with the course. It sounds like it's just this one particular user who is having difficulty. I'd have this one user look into what browser, version of the browser and flash that they're using. They'll want to use one of the browsers listed in this article.
If they are having difficulty gathering that data, you may want to send them to a site such as supportdetails.com where they can see the information automatically.
