Text Overlap after upload to LMS

Hi All, in the midst of user experience testing, one of the users experienced the following issue - see image belowText overlap on slide

Only one user experienced this issue.  She started the course in Internet Explorer, then closed her browser to resume in Chrome (as this is the preferred browser).  Has anyone seen this issue?

It looks like your learner might have the font downloads option disabled in Internet Explorer. This article outlines how to enable the right internet settings to view web fonts, like the ones in your Storyline course.
