Hi - I published a new Storyline module to our LMS and everything looks great on a PC and Mac, but when I view it on an iPad the text resized and "overflows" the boundaries of the shape it's in on several of the slides. I've checked to make the the display is set on 100% (I'm using Windows 7 on a virtual machine). Is there anything else I should check for that may be causing this? This is the first time this has occurred. Thanks for any assistance!
Have you tested your course at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for SCORM testing, to see if the LMS is resizing the text once on the iPad? I haven't seen a course published for HTML5 or the mobile player that had only the text resize - I've seen the player elements appear below or outside the normal screen window so that the user has to scroll to find it. If you're able to replicate the behavior at SCORM Cloud, can you share the .story file with us?
