Trying to figure out what is the issue with the Text to Speech Closed Caption. Sometimes it shows on one slide, and the other time it won't on the next slide. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks for sharing your .story file and allowing us to take a look. I'm seeing the Closed Captions on the first slide as expected:
We just released another update for Articulate 360, and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here. There were a couple related to Closed Captions, which may explain why I'm not seeing an issue.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

Hi Leslie,
I just updated my Storyline 360, and it did fix the issue. The closed caption is working properly now. Thanks.
