It depends on what you mean by "good". I have used Neospeech and Cepstral. The quality of the voices is very good but the intonation still sounds robotic at times.
I use the TTS with Reallusion products like Crazy talk but also directly in Storyline. I will create the MP3 using the TTS software and then import the file. I have attached a couple of MP4 examples with the text to speech using Crazytalk models. The male voice is Cepstral and the female voice is neospeech. Reallusion now has a cloud version with a wide variety of voices as well.
