Storyline will send each quiz attempt and score to your LMS. There's likely a setting in your LMS you can enable to keep and display the highest quiz score. What LMS are you using?
From here, I would reach out to your LMS to determine how to enable the "highest score" setting. In the meantime, hopefully other folks who use the same LMS can share tips with you here!
