I have been attempting to insert a video wmv file into Storyline and get the following message
The selected video could not be imported. Please ensure you have the latest versions of Window Media Player and the Apple Quick Time Player installed along with any required codecs....
What is my resolution - I have the latest versions of both...any assistance would be appreciated...thanks
I've seen a few other threads where users had this problem I've linked the first one here, specifically the top answer from Christine regarding working locally (the verified answer is specific to a recording from GoToMeeting). Another solution presented here shares some ways in which you can convert your video file into another file format.
