'The video could not be encoded' Oct 25, 2019 By Bethan Coekin Hi there, I am recording my screen using the Storyline360 tool however I keep getting error messages saying the video could not encoded. I have looked back at past responses but I don't understand the solution. Please can someone help? Bethan

I'd recommend trying a repair of Storyline 360 first, and if you're still running into the error, reach out to one of our support engineers to dig a little deeper into why you may be running into your videos not encoding.
