Without initially going into too much detail -- the ideal fix to my issue is to be able to have a button when clicked adjusts the timeline back to a certain time/cue point on the timeline.

Any help/out of the box potential ideas is greatly appreciated!
I searched around and I don't think there is an easy way to do this. However, this discussion goes over some workarounds using different layers or slides.
The only effective way I've gotten around this in the past was to make my own timer variable, and time everything in my project to that timer, using triggers. This may not work well for many projects where you need to have objects on the timeline.
