I'm trying to find out is anyone else is having this issue. We had 6 computers updated yesterday with the latest version of Storyline 360 (V3.27.18822.0).
When I'm in slide view and I click on the play arrow at the bottom of the time line, or click the spacebar, the slide will start to play but my inserted shapes are gone. If I preview the slide they all work fine.
I'm looking for a fix or is this a glitch in this update?
I haven't come across any reports of similar issues - so I'd want to take a look at your files in more detail. I was going to open a support case for you, but I saw you were already working with Anna!
Keep us posted how it goes testing your file at home and if you're still seeing this odd behavior!
Not sure if you were updated on this issue. The file worked fine on my home computer which was not updated. Now with the next update the issue is fixed.

Also, I noticed that your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if you would like by clicking Edit beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
