Timeline Slider

I'm trying to recreate this timeline slider: https://community.articulate.com/e-learning-examples/storyline-2-timeline-slider. I'm able to get the first two dates to move with the user click, but I'm having difficulty recreating the rest of the timeline flow. 

I see that the ID who created this has a link to download the file, which I have tried unsuccessfully. Any help on recreating this (or if anyone has the .story file for this) would be greatly appreciated! NOTE: Must be a Storyline 2 file.
