Title appears to use two fonts

I entered a title on the player, and it look like the first letter is a different font from the rest of the title.  I tried a couple other fonts (Lucinda sans, Arial and something else).  I also tried moving the J into other positions in the title, in case it was a glitch with the first letter, and that didn't make any difference.  Is there a way to correct this?  I have included some screen shots to show what I am seeing when I preview the screen and the settings. The J looks the same in articulate review as it does in the screenshot.

  • Hi Cristiana!

Sorry to hear you've run into this issue! Thanks for sharing the screenshots!

I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:

    • Player course title set to use Arial or Lato font displays as Serif font for letters D, J, and Q when published to Review 360.

I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix becomes available. In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest using a similar-looking font like Arial Unicode MS. Which has not been affected by this bug.

Thank you for your patience! I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
