Our LMS has indicated that my published Storyline module is at a very large resolution and when it opens, it is showing up at 125% magnification instead of 100%. I have not done anything different from past Storyline modules and wondered if there is something I need to change in the set up.
Appreciate your quick response. My issue has now been resolved as it was my settings in the player where it was set based on my magnification as opposed to scale to the optimal for the learner.

This is a new one for me! I haven't seen a problem like this one reported before, but I'm happy to help.
Let's start by testing the output in another LMS environment. SCORM Cloud is super handy for this kind of testing, and it's free!
