To activate the condition : You could create triggers to all valid feedback layers in the last question slide for each test, which would change to true when timeline started.
To check if condition is satisfied : Just check if the appropriate variable is true or false before each test commences.
I am not familiar with creating and using variables in the manner you are suggesting. If possible could you provide some additional details on the process you recommend.
