Tracking menu choices and completion

Would like to be directed to where i can find a template/triggers, that allows a learner to select from a menu of 3+ topics, each topic directing learner back to the menu once topic is completed and keeping track of which of the 3+ were visited and requiring all to be visited before being able to move on to next part of the lesson.
